The accumulation of multiple Armed Forces Defence Employee Recognition Scheme (ERS) awards across the Group has resulted in
M Group Services and our operating businesses receiving the Gold award.
We already employ a number of Ex-Armed Forces personnel and reservists and actively engage with the Armed Forces community through our collaboration with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), the official Ministry of Defence (MoD) provider of Armed Forces resettlement support.
